The turbo lift in the Star Trek Enterprise can understand any alien language so this lift has a long way to go if can't handle a scottish accent, very humourous all the same :-).
Dina, I can be alone in the house with not a soul to witness it, but I still feel incredibly stupid when I have to keep repeating words to a computer, especially trying to say a word differently in the hope it will be recognised.
Maybe I need a sense of humour like yours... or maybe your machines are even more stupid than ours?
I hope that doesn't happen to me I get claustrophobic in lifts. funny though....

ReplyDeleteFor the record, they often don't understand the American accent either. It's not as bad as the elevator scene; but we get some good laughs sometimes.
