boganville

Stop worrying about whether or not you are a bogan, and just take the test anyway. At least you'll know one way or the other and can stop worrying about it.

I only mention this because the latest ABC gem I've discovered online is a comedy called Upper Middle Bogan.

If you haven't seen it you might get a laugh – episode 1 was still available today [24th].

Cast includes Robyn Nevin, Michala Banas, and Glenn Robbins.
Robyn Malcolm [Julie Wheeler] is sooooo like Deborra-Lee Furness it's uncanny.

  1. All the acting is very good, with Robyn Nevin being just brilliant.

    1. Sounds like your viewing and viewing-planning habits are more fruitful than my own stumble-upon method, Andrew.
The writing is of a pretty high calibre as well as the acting, and it's nice to have a laugh that lingers [if that makes any sense].

  2. I have enjoyed both episodes and the cast is terrific. Mark Mitchell's son is great, and so is the other boy. Michalas' parents must be horrified by the swearing (I think her father is a magistrate or similar). The 30 minutes goes by in a flash. The same crew brought us The Librarians which was also hysterical. Talent: respect.

    1. Thanks Ann. Never heard of The Librarians, but having investigated it looks good. TO loves shopping on line...:)
